It's very aesthetically pleasing and not bulky like some other smokers. The side load is just great. The only con that i have is the fact it is messy.

Masterbuilt doesn't have a customer service number to call, you just submit a form and hope they get back to you. Still, it all goes back to ease of use. Submitted request to customer support.

Buyer beware and lower your expectations. Do not invest this much money into this *.
