Customer service is awful, you just submit a form and hope they get back to you. Was told to reply on bluetooth applications. I suspect this piece of chinese junk is no longer available.

I'm convinced i'm tired of wasting my time insanity you know the cliche! Such promise. Used less than 10 times, terrible product.

The control unit panel is so dim, it is unreadable in daylight hours. Digital panel on top is virtually unreadable. Only viewable from 6 inches away.

Masterbuilt says that the parts are covered under warranty, but sends the wrong ones. Takes forever to get the parts, so by the time they send you the correct parts you need, it's out of warranty. Manufacturer needs to redesign this part and find a be... Read More

So easy to use and the bluetooth works so well!

It has this weird quirk when the open the smoker door, the app will stop working until you press this reset button on the smoker.

I've already had to contact the company to send me a new onethe display on the control panel is very dull.
