Bought this * for my husband for his birthday. It’s very aesthetically pleasing and not bulky like some other smokers. Cover all water pan and above burner shield and base of unit with heavy duty aluminum foil.
The side load is just great. Nice wheels make it easy to move. Getting the "legs" is a must.
Cons
Masterbuilt doesn't have a customer service number to call, you just submit a form and hope they get back to you. Submitted request to customer support. No warranty. Buy a third party extended warranty.
