The girl not only seemed to have a problem with her throat she was constantly clearing her throat but she was not at all familiar with the product and had to keep checking her reference material each time i asked a question or explained a problem i had with the unit

I explained that certain things on my unit came preassembled and these particular areas were cause for concern

For starters it took over an hour to preheat to 225 degrees and when i opened the door to insert the food the entire control panel went blank as though all power was lost

I had to unplug and replug the cord and start over with the heating which in turn thru the whole timing process off

The probe did not display the meat temperature correctly and the numbers just continually jumped around and never stabilized
