Pros

Easy to assemble and is sturdy enough to not feel flimsy. I hope it lasts.

Cons

Their customer service is as lousy as their products. Still no replacement part since december 14. I think we'll send this whole thing back even if it cost us more money just to do just out of spite.

When installed, the door drags across it when closing. Heating element is difficult to remove for cleaning. It's a mess and i will not be cooking my food in a rusty box.

Temperature gauge stopped working on the 3rd smoke session. No insulation. Low heat even on highest setting. Well unless that temp is 300 degrees.

Was very easy to put together, handle is very flimsy and not the best. The *'s entire frame appears to be bent as well. This * is cheap and for good reason.

One foot has to be shimmed before use or it rocks. Durability is horrible.
