Pros
Software for the rgb is easy to use.
The lighting is good and the app is easy to use. I hope the keyboard lasts me for years like my previous keyboard did. No complaint here.
Cons
This company is obviously the mad katz of computer parts. I'm a bit frustrated that i listened to some keyboard enthusiasts who probably hate the bigger name brands just for the sake of big names, by justify their hate for cheap quality.
The cord is too thick so it just constantly pops right back out. I try restarting the computer and it doesn't work, unplug it and plug back in. The microusb port is gonna bend and break just from casually holding the keyboard.
The keycaps are abs, and while i prefer pbt, the abs keycaps felt unnaturally stiff as well. The stabilizers on this keyboard are absolutely horrible, especially for the spacebar making an awful rattle. The keyboard is horrible for fps gaming.
The keyboard does not work as described the printed manual that shipped with the keyboard. It's simply unreliable. Yet here's one that's praised and doesn't work.

I decided to go with the tenkeyless version, because it's cheaper, but there was the added benefit of it being a much smaller keyboard.

Packaging/appearance
I was using the filco majestic ninja and the k70 w/ speed switches prior.
I knew it was durable and well built the second i pulled it out of the box.
Competitiveness
I didn't realize how good it was until i switched to this from an aukey keyboard.
I am now desiring to get me one of these because it feels better and is more performant than the das.
