Pros
This supports my lower tummy muscles, after 2 c-sections i need support & lower back. It relieves my back pain and helps with my hip. It is a just have if u have any lower back pain.
Great belt, but meant for bigger bellys. Easy to adjust to tighten or loosen to your liking. Material is soft and could be used underneath or over clothes. Only issue is that there are areas in the elastic that are kind of scratchy.
This isn't as helpful as i hoped but it does help some. It gives decent support. Happy with purchase.
Cons
Definitely displeased. Since the velcro is in the back it is hard to adjust to get the right fit. If you don't precisely line it up as you’re strapping it on, a part of the rough velcro will overhang and rub/irritate your skin.

Overall it did do the job by supporting my back around the house but when the teeth of the velcro came out it was quite bothersome

I gave it 4 stars because though it does help there’s little pokey threads or something that sticks out around the edges and it pokes my back so i have to stick something in between my back and the band
