Pros & Cons
Pros
The egg slides without any prodding with a spatula. Bought the bigger omelet pan, with higher sides, but this could easily be used in its place. Will give it a try with an omelette next.
No more industrial plastic coating in your food with these types of pans. With every use, the pans surface perpetually improves.
This is important if you want to use it hot enough to sear steaks on an induction or maybe even electric stovetop. I have been trained as a machinist and as a welder. Heats up more quickly and evenly than cast iron.

Cons
The pan sits in a cupboard, and $75 has flown out the window.

The cost was also very nice, especially for this little crepe pan.
Overall this is a great value for a vary reasonable price.
Packaging/appearance
Must be returned unused in same packaging at your expense ($11.
It took me 2 hours to remove the coating - what a pain!
Here's what i did:1) remove the factory wax coating.
I followed the instructions for seasoning and it came out with a beautiful reddish-brown, hard coating.
Competitiveness
Lighter than cast iron and more durable than non-sticks.
I used a bernzomatic torch with a bottle of map gas to take the coating off.
