Pros
This product works well and is worth every cent. This pan has a nice weight, and is not at all flimsy. It fits nicely and is well made.
Cons
Are a cranberry walnut tart for thanksgiving and it dripped through the bottom of tart pan all over bottom of oven causing smoke detector to go off. Ordered and received one that was warped and unusable. Returned for refund second time.

One trick after we buttered the form before adding the rolled out dough was to put it buttered for 5 minutes in the freezer so the butter becomes hard and forms a rough surface
