Very sturdy and works as i would expect for scraping polycarbonate chocolate molds.

However this is an updated version of the scraper and not fake!

This is a good tool to smooth out the icing for taller cakes.

Did find this useful tool for less than amazon's price so i purchased it elsewhere.

It can be pricey, but worth it when you're scraping chocolate off of molds.
