Pros

The rothco is made in india; the mato in pakistan. Good high quality product. It’s a decent shemagh at its $10 price-point. Would highly recommend.

I discover it makes a good nose shield while paddling. Bought it for the harsh winters. Great as a face mask/ scarf for winter and a sun block/ dust mask for summer.

This was / is my first shemagh. It gets a lot of positive attention on campus. It's a bit thinner than expected but actually is pretty strong and breathable. Also feels cheaper than a very similar one i bought on amazon for myself.

Cons

Not real impressed with this. Holes in the material, loose threads galore, and weird orange-ish crustiness in many places. It says 100%cotton but feels like rayon. Will not buy from mato and trash anymore.

Competitiveness

A useful article of clothing, a shemagh also makes a nice gift.

I have 4 of their shemaghs for our family we use for camping, hiking and airsoft.

Of course i'm no shemagh expert so take that for what it's worth.

I would not go camping without a couple shemaghs.
