I have balayage bleached hair and what i do is i use the biolage hydra source shampoo once i rinse that out i use this detangling solution in placement of conditioner and i use a generous amount in my hair (i do not apply on my scalp) and once applied i use a tooth comb to comb my hair in the shower and distribute the product evenly and i let the solution sit for 5-10 minutes before rinsing out.  Read Less
