Pros & Cons
Pros
The box says that it comes with an earphone. Nice tic tok sound.
Simple rotating dial makes this and the mt-50 from whittner better in my opinion than all the push button electronic metronomes. It goes from 40 bpm to 216 bpm. Find and adjust your tempo extremely easily.
Reviews stating there is no volume control are incorrect. Volume knob, sound, and visuals are great too. Works well, and click adjust loud enough to be heard by a couple guys jamming.
Cons
It's tempting to have all the bells and whistles, but this metronome turned out to be completely impractical. The main issue i have is, it drains batteries very quickly.

I have had it 21 months now and it is still running on the original battery, without being used much this last year.
Price
Overall, it’s a great little unit at a great price and i highly recommend it.
" if i had a gripe it's that it feels a bit chintzy for the price i paid.
I saw a cheaper one without volume control.
Packaging/appearance
Came in very good condition and works perfectly.
The box says that it comes with an earphone.
Competitiveness
This doesn’t look as nice as the seiko, but it operates in exactly the same manner.

Id say the eventual weak point might be the offmetrosound slide switch many 1000s of slide operations over the years will be hard on an inexpensive part like this
