Pros

This is the only shampoo and conditioner i’ve found thus far that makes a noticeable difference. I love this shampoo and conditioner it made my hair so manageable and takes the frizz away.

Hair is slick and soft and shiny. My hair is soooo soft & smoooooth now. It helps my dry hair come to life and shiny, adds moisture.

Cons

Total disappointment. Used to be a really good product. Now just makes my hair dry. Created more frizz by drying out hair. This shampoo smells like dish soap mixed with bunch of harsh chemicals.

Best shampoo i’ve ever used and i’m 60 years old with bleached blonde hair.

I’ve been using redken’s mega soft for years bc it’s the only shampoo and conditioner that’s ever been moisturizing enough for my hair.

This shampoo and conditioner combo leaves my thick wavy hair feeling more manageable than any other i've tried.

I’m 50 years old with very overprocessed hair, extremely dry with no life and just makes me sad.

Price

This has been my go to, could be a little cheaper but it works great!

This is pricey but so worth it.

It has gone way up in price but still a good value.

Shipping

I ordered this because i needed something that could be shipped quickly, as i never use hair products that are sold at drug stores.

Packaging/appearance

My only beef is that the conditioner cap had come off in transit and leaked inside the plastic delivery packaging.
