I paid extra for a heavy iron handle for a stainless clad sauce pan on last order versus the cast stainless.
It's a very versatile pan and def better in the oven with two short side handles if space is an issue for small home ovens.
Since these are heavy as they are supposed to be i'm not sure a sauté pan is ideal as far as moving it about while cooking.

Id opt for the rondeau pan of similar size
