    The cast iron handle can sometimes get hot and the handle of the lid will nearly always be hot though not so much that you can’t pick it up with a folded over paper towel

    I can’t compare the stainless steel lining with the traditional tin lining but i fully expect the stainless steel to be still going strong when my daughter leaves to her child the pans she’ll inherit from me
