Quality
The shape and material of this pan make the cooking down of sugared fruit effortless.
Gorgeous copper with sturdy handles, function and beauty together
I have been scalded by hot jams over and over as i cooked batches on aluminum, steel, calphalon, teflon pans or pots.
The final straw came when a splash of scalding jam missed my eye by a quarter inch.
