It will either be too loose and wont provide enough compression or support too tight and it will cause issues with blood flow and rubbingfalling

The strap stays in place all day and there is very little movement down my leg

The strap worked fine but towards the end of the workout the overall sleeve slips down and the strap gets anchored just above the knee cap
