Pros

The small size fits perfect for me being 5’10”, 145lbs. It fits a little tight, but the pain in my elbows during lifts is drastically better. Just enough stability, yet not limiting mobility.

This is the best one for elbow/forearm support while working out. My husband use these while he’s in the yard doing that involve some kinda heavyweight job. Have tried pain pills, pain gels, massage etc for my arm, all to no avail.

Cons

The sizing chart is definitely off. Can barely get sleeve up to my elbow. Got knee pads instead of the elbow sleeves. Tossed them in the trash.
