Pros

I'm normally a size large and i had to get a xxl for it to fit me. Medium fits really nice. It feels good in the upper shoulders and back very supportive.

Shirts are tighter than anticipated. Keeps me cool when sweating at work.

For user who likes it having more compression, this is great. As advertised, great compression shirt. It looks fantastic also. Btw - same with their compression shorts.

These are worth the $ and a straight steal for the price. Would definitely recommend and will be buying many more.

Cons

It looks ridiculous.

Shirt is so small that the collar is not around your neck, it's close to your shoulders! Runs very very very small. The neck is just huge and floppy. Had to return and get a xl.
