Pros

Keeps utensils off the outside granite counter. Adjustable clamp. Paper towel rack is handy too.

It's not as flimsy as i thought it might be. It's fairly sturdy. The material is good and strong especially for outdoor use.

Cons

Construction of the item is very flimsy. The screw that tightens the unit to the table isn't even threaded. Even if it would tighten up correctly it is very unstable.
