The ovens do not have glass fronts so this keeps people from opening them and looking at the food

Suggestions to user 1 dont turn on the oven until you have the entire apparatus set to go and turned on and 2 religiously avoid moving your hand or the pan anywhere near the probe or the clip once the oven is hot

Seems to be a nice unit with nice features but it really is too complicated to use easily

The oven temperature reading is somewhat suspect as it varies widely from the oven setting and doesnt agree with an old bimetal oven thermometer
