The only complaint i have is no down button you have to scroll through the high setting till it rolls over

First never allow water to touch the joint where the probes meet the cables

Second turn on the receiver first and after the display lights up then and only then turn on the transmitter

Sixth after you think everything is going well and something beeps you probably forgot to press the light button to set the temps you just selected
