Pros

My et-733 works like a charm now! Probes are the factory replacements for the maverick et733. This product make my expectations and did not let me down.

Maverick's probes are more tolerant to high heat. I love the hybrid tip that can pierce the food but also can dual as the grill probe. The long cable makes for a more convenient cooking arrangement at my * and grill.

It would be great if the thermometers came with the 6 ft probes.

Not sure why it is so difficult to purchase the six foot version of the probes that came with the et-733.
