Ever since i started using this i am confident in the reading and fuss with the fire a lot less.
With the thermometer you can get your oven temps right on averaged temp.
I have to fight with an erratic oven, the ot-3bbq solves any question i have with the oven.

This thermometer seems to work very well thus far and is a good price.

It was a little tricky to figure out how to get the reader to stay in the oven because it is obviously built to be used for a grill and be held be tension on the grill rack
