My only complaint is that once you set your max temps for the alarms you have to cycle all the way up just to get to a lower temp for a different smoke

For example when i smoked my first pork butt i set the meat alarm temp to 200 degrees but then when i wanted to smoke my turkey i had to cycle the temp up all the way to over 500 degrees just to get it to reset back to the bottom so i could increment it up to 165 degrees

It would be more convenient if you could increase or decrease the temp alarms directly especially if you accidentally go over your target temp in the settings you have to continue all the way up until it resets
