Pros

Love, love, love henrietta! The only thing that would make it better for me is if it would cackle like a hen. Had one from years ago, still works with it's loud chirp alarm and declined pitch chirps when unplugged.

Cooks eggs in a matter of minutes and no problem peeling when cooled. Makes perfect poached through hard-boiled eggs. The only downside is that for some bizarre reason they used a nonstick surface where the water goes.

Cons

still too runny. But it is drab and homely compared to the beautiful henrietta. However the 'chirp' is simply a piece of creative marketing. Another wore out after 2 uses.

I had this egg cooker for 20 years and she decided to stop cheeping and was so glad to find it was still being made.

Easy to use and i always get my eggs poached the way i like them.

The "chirp", more like a beeping, is not very loud .
