This thermometer is pretty good for the price. Temp is a few degrees off another thermometer i used but doesn't ruin things. It is very accurate.

Won't work for smoking meats.

In checking the settings on the app the correct temp is 212

Worked as advertised for the most part the unit did disconnect quite a bit even though the phone was only 5 feet away from the grill
