Colbalt blue eyeliner. Vert pretty blue. Goes on smoothly lasts all day.

Itchy and puffy eyes for a day even after washing the product off. Went in the trash.

Love the color and ease of application.
It is easy to apply and i can create either a very thin line or a darker one, depending on the look i'm trying to achieve.
However, it tends to smudge easily so you must keep a very sharp tip.
