I was thinking about being severely critical of these headphones but realized that if someone was looking for serious audiophile quality they would not be purchasing a set of 15 dollar headphones

With having said that i think i should start off by pointing out the apparent flaws first off these phones sound very tinny and lack any defined bass or mids

The volume control seems to be the culprit in the quality department its made of seemingly cheap plastican electrical short here would definitely render the phones useless

Also the folding feature seems to be of a poor design hampering fit and comfort more than being a valuable asset

If youre listening to badly encoded mp3s on an ipod headphones should be the least of your concerns and these headphones will suffice

This current pair i had to put a narrow strip of electrical tape across the external volume button to hold it down to create a firm enough contact to get sound in both phones
