The packaging for this item is a cardboard sleeve. Relying on tape to hold is place has proven to be ineffective. The cleaner disk works in my dell laptop, but not in the mac. Maxell online tech support is non-existent.

If you consider what a professional repair would cost this saves you the money.
For the price, you can’t go wrong.
