Pros

I love the way this percolator looks. The bubbler is attached very securely with a large, square, threaded locking washer on the underside. It is easy to use as well. Certainly a space saver and easy to wash, dry and set up.

This white-colored filter works tons better than the old gold filters. The filter is an odd size, really small, so the fact they provide a re-useable filter is awesome.

The flavor is rich and aromatic. Fyi, my 4 coffee scoops come almost exactly to the 8 mark on the basket.

Cons

The coffee this percolator makes is good but because it doesn't have a separate base with the electrical components, washing it out is impossible to do without getting the electrical connection wet. The company makes it extremely difficult to contact ... Read More

The lid is hollow, so water builds up inside. When you put the carafe on the teflon surface, it scratches the surface. There is a whole in the top which allows the hot coffee to spit out.
