The bottle contains 300 capsules of a convenient size for swallowing. The capsule appears a yellowish color which may be a bit offputting but is easy to *. Its 1 molecule. Helps heaps regulate the gut and overall health.

Only 120mg of berberine and the rest is cinnamon and filler. Total weight of 2 capsules is just 0. Each pill is 100mg, meaning i would need to take 10-12 pills to get the 1000mg-1200mg dose recommended to me by my medical provider.
