The capsule helps replenish the hyaluronic acid in your joints. The capsules are small and easy to *. There's no aftertaste or smell.

Cons

I don't like the fake promotion, the package says one free but everytime you go in it says promo expired.

Skin is flawed and wrinkly as ever. Creates bloating, like menstrual uncomfortable bloating.

It is not a 250 mg capsule; it tales two capsules to make a serving of 250 mg. Shysters and con artists mislead by with a big label of one serving size and defining multiple capsules/tablets/whatever as a serving.
