Pros
I use the product to help in preventing kidney stones and other benefits it provide. Have been looking around for this at a reasonable price. I have a doctor's order to take more potassium and i can't afford the prescription.
Cons
Be aware its not vegan. My other supplement has higher magnesium and potassium amounts and it does not make me nauseous.

The 0 sugar, calories, and carbs is a plus so it doesn't mess with your caloric intake.
Knowing that powder settles, i shook it really well before i even opened, and it's still barely filled over halfway.

Wonder why it came in such a large container that was only half full.
Extremely disappointed when i opened it to find it was only halfway filled powder.
Competitiveness
I was using another brand but this one is much better and a lot more flavorful as well.
I bought these as a more economical replacement for nuun tablets.
I definitely prefer it over some over-marketed, artificially-colored hydration drink like gatorade.
Perhaps they chose 16oz because this mix is supposed to be used for hydration.
