Mg per serving in 2 capsules, non-gmo and gluten free. The pills are easy to * and i had no issues that i could tell taking it. Since ptero is 80% more absorbable than resveratrol, i only take one pill a day.
Pterostilbene is a plant chemical that's produced in response to injury and infection. This comes from berries and nuts and is a powerful antioxidant. I love that it's plant based because it fits in with my vegan diet.
This is worth buying and worth using regularly. I like that it works great on me.
Pterostilbene has been shown to be a potent anticancer agent in several malignancies. I am hopeful that by taking this i too am reaping the benefits that they found in the numerous lab studies.
Pterostilbene helps with mental focus and clarity, healthy brain function and cardiovascular health. Bonus is heart support.
