Pros

One pill a day is all it takes to watch the magic begin. The capsules are a standard size, not small, but easy to *. Easy to * pill.

When i open a capsule it looks and seems overly processed. Like many supplements these have more fillers than actual product. Stuck with the bigger companies like solar or now. They still have fillers but less than these.
