California outlawed denatured alcohol which is what is most widely recommended for mixing up your own shellac with flakes.
9% alcohols, i’d say this one is exactly the same as the others right down to the last atom…….

It is expensive, but works like it should, which can't be said for the lesser quality product the stores now sell.

Apparently everclear is an option at 190 proof, but again ca takes away that option by limiting it to 151 proof.

Id use this even if i could still buy denatured alcohol being a safer product to be exposed to
