This eyeliner is very nice, just the right softness to be effective and accurate.

Unfortunately i have hooded eyelids and this still doesn’t smear—even when i sweat on stage.

It doesn't pull the skin on your eyelid it can be easily smudged for a different effect.

Price

00 chanel eyeliner and this is every single bit, as good, for a fraction of the cost!

It's not so expensive here so this is my go to place.

For years i have been using $35.
