It doesnt flake and as long as you take care when applying it doesnt clump i tend to apply one eye then the other and then back to the first eye for its second coat and find that this can do 3 coats without the dreaded spider legs look
It has a great brush which coats from root to tip to make sure you get a really dramatic look
