Love this eyeliner. Glides well on the skin, doesn't clump.
The design on the applicator is perfect for very fine outline. It has a lovely super duper fine 'nib' which makes drawing the thinnest of lines easy peasy. The tip is longer than most eyeliner pens.

Cons
The forest brown eyeliner clogs up easily. Used twice and has now completely dried up.
No product comes out at all, unless you’re pressing really hard and even then it’s very minimal and not enough to even get a line out of. I'm not sure of the ingredients because there was no outside packaging, but it smells like a marker pen. Pen too ... Read More

I was slightly worried it wouldnt last all day as a test line on the back of my hand came off with a smudge of my wet thumb but actually it stayed put but came off easily with normal eye make up remover

Placed on the dressing table or in a make up bag the maybelline master precise liquid eyeliner looks as if it has been accidentally misplaced from the felt tipped pen tub in a playroom or left lying around following a childrens colouring session

The eyeliner has the appearance of a felt tip pen but thankfully it is just the outward appearance that looks cheap

Removing the cap one finds a extra fine tipped liquid eyeliner that goes on beautifully and is really easy to control

It is a deep brown in dim light it almost does look black
