I am giving 4-stars because it kind of transfers and you really have to wait for it to dry on your lips.
It’s ver long lasting and a little sticky and a tad dry.
It’s a matte finish but just a little too dry and not soft enough.

With knee high i dont mind but skinny dip just ends up looking like such a dark brown and i always use lip liner that is a little darker
