Stitching Quality
Customers are very pleased with the high stitching quality of these Mayfair Linen sheets, which they believe will hold up well to multiple washings. They also appreciate the overall quality and value of the product.
Softness
Customers are overwhelmingly positive about the softness of the MAYFAIR LINEN Egyptian Cotton Sheets, describing them as luxurious, comfortable, silky, and cool to the touch. Some customers have noted that they become even softer with use and are ideal for creating a comfortable sleeping environment by draining away moisture and controlling temperature. A small group of customers mentioned that the pillowcases were too small in size and should have an overlapping flap for tucking into pillows.
Color
Customers are generally pleased with the vibrant and rich color of these sheets, which adds an opulent touch to their bedrooms. Some have noted that it goes well with both classic and modern themes, while others appreciate its ability to maintain its pigmentation and not bleed during washing.
Deep Pockets
Customers have a generally positive opinion about the deep pockets of these sheets, with many praising their ability to fit mattresses well and stay in place during sleep. Some customers also appreciate the length and width of the sheets, which are helpful for making the bed and fitting larger mattresses. However, a small group of customers have reported issues with the size and quality of the sheets they received, finding them too tight or unusable.
Highlights
Quality
These feel very nice and are high quality
Very good stitching, deep pockets fit nicely, a good heavy weight sheet set.
Washed them twice with fabric softener and they're still really stiff.
The set came out with no dye bleeding or the fabric coming undone.
Price
These sheets are every bit as comfortable as the sheet sets that we had previously purchased for over $200.
I think they are great for the price.
Inexpensive set of sheets that are made of cotton.
Packaging/appearance
The sheets come in a nice box that would make a nice gift for anyone who would like to experience comfort and luxury on a daily basis!
They smell so badly in the packaging - so make sure you wash them first!
You only get one chance to make a first impression, and when i opened the package, i was initially taken aback by the funky smell.
Not sure if it's the dye or packaging but the set reeked.
Competitiveness
The 800 thread count is absolutely the best.
The description states "hotel quality" and these linens rival any ritz carlton.
The price point is excellent, about half of name-brand offerings.
