Pros

The satin weave adds an extra layer of elegance to the sheets' lustrous finish.

They wash up very nicely, no wrinkling at all. And i am sure with use they will soften up. Yes they do wrinkle since they are cotton but they are nice and soft.

Cons

After 2 months use, these sheets are ready for the garbage heap. I have a hard time believing that’s the fabric is %100 egyptian cotton with sateen woven anything. The pillow cases are small and hardly cover the pillows.

Nope, it’s the same as the 2nd set i received. Very unhappy with this purchase, especially for the cost.

I love the color and the solid construction that mayfair used to make this set, no doubt they will last stand the test of time.

It's not like i would iron them - i don't iron sheets!

The quality of these pillowcases is great, and have yet to fade.

Currently, they show as $45 which is supposed to reflect a 30% discount.

Now that's getting kind of up there even with the discount.

99 but at $45 i think they are worth the splurge.

Tried to order more pillow cases, but months have gone by, and they still haven't come.

Packaging/appearance

The packaging it came in stated one standard/queen sized pillow case, but in fact, i received two standard/queen sized pillow cases.

It was neatly folded to showcase one side, and there was a run/thread pull (see photo) right in the middle of the displayed portion.

They were so soft when i took them out of the package i would have sworn they have some bamboo content, but they are 100% cotton.

The first thing i noticed when they arrived was the pretty sea foam color.
