Pros & Cons
Pros

The mayfair 500 count egyptian 100 percent cotton sheets are an outstanding value for the price point of approximately $52. It makes me laugh out loud as to how well the marketing of sheets has evolved really for most everyday household items. Will bu... Read More
Red & purple are my favs. White seems to be thicker. My only complaint is that they are darker in person.

Cons
They're rough, scratchy, lint all over the dryer. Material is scratchy even after 2 washes with fabric softener. They come out if thedryer totally wrinkled.
It is not at all the softness you expect in 500 thread count sheets. More like a light burgundy with a bit of mauve. Unlike the nice soft lavender that fits as it should.

I have not used these sheets but the fabric did not appear to be of the same quality although they were the same thread count.
Price
$40 dollars is as much as a great set of sheets should cost.

These sheets are soft and comfortable but get very staticky in the dryer even with dryer sheets so beware of electric shocks
