The engine cuts out after a few minutes, hard to start, really disappointing product. Emailed their support email, no reply. There is a small pipe that goes into the engine however this pipe is not long enough and should have a filter at the end.

It does start to get heavy after 20 mins or so of use, so pace yourself!
This model is heavier than my previous mcculloch hedge trimmer (that was not so sensitive during start up)
Despite following the instructions, the starting procedure for the hedge trimmer has proven to be sensitive.

I tend to believe that accuracy of petroloil balance is very important

If this is the case then unfortunately the mixing bottles do not provide for an accurate measure
