Pros

Just squeeze the bag and shake. After shaking it turns cold like magic. Super convenient, cold, and easy to travel with. Also, they last forever.

These instant cold compresses are excellent. If you want / need a good sized (i bought the 6×9 size) ice pack that is nice and cold these are the way to go. They have so much air in them that the cold water only goes with gravity.

Cons

This one is a dud. Directions worthless, had to hit it with a rubber hammer to activate.

Never ever icy cold. Only stays cool for 15 minutes at best. It cools nicely once you rupture the inside packet, but this is tough to do. Not very cold as expected.
