The product is a lubricant jelly in 144 separate packets. I also wish the lube was a little bit thicker, but it is what it is and it’s cheaper than the others. Helps with checking the temp of a newborn with relative ease.

The problem is that amazon ships the box of packets in a plastic bag rather than a box

This is wasteful and inconvenient because the original package would have been fine to dispense the packets as you used them up
