Pros

Wound is all healed and so is the irritated skin. It is much easier to remove from new skin forming around a wound that has taken months to heal due to its severity. Iam a wound care nurse and using this tape all the time.

Cons

Allows you to get it wet but not get the parent dressing moist. This tape is beyond useless in a hospital/wound care scenario.

Good adhesion on dry skin so clean the area with skin prep or isopropyl alcohol first and then apply.

Best tape to use to keep patches or bandages on the skin even while showering or swimming

Only works one time only, it loses adhesion and will not stick enough to seal a second time.

I can put this paper tape on for a whole week and his foot don’t look nowhere near as bad as the old tape made it look.
