Pros

Love the convenience of a multipack box. Ship super fast and always arrive earlier than expected. Customer service is awesome. Product arrives on time and in good condition.

The pads are thin but fully protects the bed linens. These seem to last a little longerwhen wet or dry. Very absorbent. Backing is water proof, works very well to absorb where needed. Used for my dogs for easy cleanup.

Cons

Not impressed. Horrible product and service. The ones i bought at cvs are better.

I like that the pads absorb the amount of liquid in most cases with one issue.

I’ve tried the heavier duty, higher absorbency pads made by this same company but honestly they were overkill.

Years ago they were the top now they are coming apart when you put them on your bed or chair and i buy a lig of the liners.

Price

Like i said, if i had to use for humans (incontinence or wound drainage) i'd say they are a great value for a decent prodcut!

Went up in price but a must have if you need them

Shipping

Delivery is fast and customer service is awesome.

They ship super fast and always arrive earlier than expected.

We had a problem with delivery one time and they handled it very professionally and quickly.

Packaging/appearance

They were not bunched at all & came in perfect condition!

They should be checked before putting into the package.

Now when you open a package up there are small lumps on either side of the liner.

Competitiveness

Yes, they are a bit pricey compared to some other brands out there, but the quality is simply outstanding.

We've found that they last way longer than other pads we've used, which is definitely a plus.
